Agility Equipment

Purpose:
Agility Equipment is intended for handler/dog teams who participated in the Agility Flatwork I & II classes or have equivalent knowledge and are ready to begin working on the equipment

Content:
Agility Equipment will introduce the following agility obstacles: bar jump, long jump, panel jump, triple jump, tire jump, pause table, A-frame and closed tunnel (chute). Additional instructions will be provided for the weave poles, dog walk, teeter and tunnel. Short obstacles runs will be used to teach sequencing skills. Handlers will also be taught how to use their body language to get their dog to perform the obstacle correctly.

Prerequisite:
Agility Flatwork I & II
Dog must be over 1 year old.

Length of Class:
Agility Equipment class meets once a week for eight weeks
